Free includes 500 credits each month, managed models and every feature, for 1 project. Credits pay for the agent computer and for Kortix models. Bring your own API key or connect your ChatGPT subscription for any other model.
What does a credit buy?
1 credit is $0.01. Credits pay for the agent computer, billed per second per resource: $0.0324 per vCPU-hour, $0.0108 per GB of RAM per hour, $0.0526 per GB of storage per month. The default 2 vCPU / 4 GB / 20 GB machine uses about 11 credits an hour, so 1 credit is about 5 minutes. A stopped computer costs nothing. Credits also pay for Kortix models, at the provider's base price plus a 5.5% platform fee. Your own API key is free for the first $1,000 of model usage a month, then 5% of the provider's price is paid from credits. A ChatGPT subscription uses no credits.
How much do I pay each month?
Pick a tier from $50 a month (5,000 credits) to $50,000 a month (5,000,000 credits). Every tier buys credits at the same rate: 100 credits per dollar. For more than $50,000 a month, talk to sales.
Do I pay for members?
No. Members are free and unlimited. The whole account shares one credit pool, so adding a person never changes your bill.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused monthly credits roll over for one month. Credits from top-ups never expire.
Do models use credits?
Kortix models do, and your own API keys past $1,000 of model usage a month. Kortix models cost the provider's base price plus a 5.5% platform fee, paid from credits, and the app shows the base prices. With your own API key, model usage goes to your provider: the first $1,000 a month is free, then 5% of the provider's price is paid from credits. A connected ChatGPT subscription uses no credits.
Can I add credits mid-month?
Yes. Top up any amount at any time, or turn on auto top-up so your agents never stop. Top-ups of $50 or more add bonus credits: +1% at $50, rising to +5% from $1,000. Top-up credits never expire.
Can I change my tier?
Any time, from Settings. A raise is charged now, prorated, and adds the prorated credits at once. A cut starts at your next renewal.
What happened to my existing plan?
Every existing plan became a credits plan at the same monthly price. Per-seat plans now receive their full bill as credits in one shared pool, and seats are gone. A plan below $50 keeps its price; a change moves it onto a tier.
What about Enterprise?
Everything in Credits plus SAML SSO, SCIM directory sync (Okta, Microsoft Entra, JumpCloud), advanced RBAC, audit logs, an SLA and DPA, and Cloud / VPC / on-prem deployment. Talk to us for volume pricing.
